If they don't require a contract, that is your first red flag. If they won't guarantee in writing the bus that that they showed you on the website is the bus that will show up, second red flag. If the contract does not show all the details of your reservation, time pick up points, where you are going, dates etc... 3rd red flag, you have no leg to stand on if they don't show.

Customers must stay a minimum of 1 hour at each location . This is to curb the party bus driving around to endless locations for the purpose of staying on the bus.
